Q: Can I have more than one template designed?
A: Yes, you can. Simply commission us to design you another one by contacting us and giving us your brief. You might want a special seasonal one, for Christmas, Easter or Valentine’s Day for example.

Q: What is the limit of the number of newsletters I can send each month?
A: You can send up to 5,000 e-mails every month unless you have chosen a higher limit. And, if you feel that, in a particular month, you need to send more, you can easily increase that limit by requesting a greater maximum of e-mails allowed through your control panel

Q: What if one of my clients can't view html e-mails?
A: When you are sending an email you can choose to send it as "Multipart".
What this means is that the application will take both the HTML and Text versions of your email and bundle it into the one email. When your contact receives this message, their email client (such as Outlook, Gmail, or Hotmail) will then display the most appropriate type of email for them.

Q: What is the maximum number of e-mails I can save onto my e-mail database?
A: There is no limit.

Q: What is spam and how do you deal with it?
A: Spam is unsolicited e-mail which fills a recipients’ inbox. Indications that you might be sending spam include:

  • You are mailing to anyone who has not agreed to receive e-mail from you
  • You have used a third party e-mail address or domain name without their permission
  • Your subject line contains false or misleading information
  • You are sending to general e-mail addresses (sales@..., business@..., webmaster@...,  info@... Etc) which may be read by more than
    one person, or are sending from a similarly general address
  • You have used a third party e-mail address or domain name without their permission

By using a list purchased either by e-mail or by post on a CD Rom, you do necessarily know the people you are sending information to.
In all these situations, the recipient has the right to be removed from your mailing list.

Q: Can people easily unsubscribe from my newsletter?
A: Yes, all of your customers who receive the e-mail newsletters will be able to unsubscribe from future mailings by simply clicking an "unsubscribe me" link at the bottom of the email. Their details will automatically be deleted from your e-mail database.

Q: Can I send personalised newsletters?
A: Yes, you can. You can create custom fields such as 'Name', 'Address', 'Date of Birth', 'Phone Number', even 'Preferred Food', that you could set up as multiple check boxes.
You can set up default details for these custom fields so that they have default values so that your emails never send out blank fields. ie Dear Friend if they do not add their name.  Alternatively, you may even use the check box fields to send emails to all your contacts that like Roast Meals, for example.  The flexibility of the system allows a wide choice of personalization to help you achieve the correct responses.

Q: What is an auto-responder?
A: An auto-responder is an email that you can set up to be a single, or one of a series, that are sent out at a set time after a person subscribes to your contact list.

For example, you can set up an auto-responder to be sent immediately after a user triggers a response so to let them know about a promotion you are having for new users.

You may then wish to set up another one to be sent 72 hours later see how they are still considering your offer.
